Community Engagement + Program Development
Centering community care, storytelling and holistic healing, I design intentional in-person and virtual spaces for organizations nationwide. Services include:
- Developing the vision, outcomes + methods for meaningful events or programs
- Leading processing spaces with explicit communication norms to ensure supported group sharing
- Utilizing mindfulness + somatic practices to increase group capacity for connection + collaboration
- Delivering custom workshops to organization leaders and community members related to healthy organizational culture, identity exploration, community care, equity centered community design and other topics as requested.
- Facilitating public-facing events with guest speakers + community partners

Valuing qualitative and quantitative research methods equally, I design feedback and evaluation processes to discover the impact of programs and events. My data analysis, visualization and narrative building centers the needs and priorities of the organization. Services include:
- Designing research and evaluation processes for pilot programs + ongoing initiatives through community needs assessments, organizational cultural assessments + more
- Utilizing CITI Social-Behavioral Educational (SBE) best practices to conduct comprehensive research on program impact + efficacy
- Designing accessible presentations + reports for internal + external stakeholders
